Phoenix Real Estate Group to Get Reality Show

With breakout successes like Property Brothers, Tiny Houses, and Flip or Flop, realty television has become a huge hit in America. As this genre of television continues to capture the imagination of the masses, a Phoenix-based realty company is jumping aboard this genre train with their own unique twist.

Phoenix-based DeLex Realty has unveiled their plans to create a new realty showed entitled, “Last Home Standing.” This new endeavor will tentatively air on Cox 7. Filming will begin toward the end of March, and will air in 16 segments beginning in the month of April.

The premise is to give the viewers an inside look at buyers who are making the final decision as to which of two homes they will purchase. Two DeLex realtors, Slava Kosta and Terry Day, will debate back-and-forth as to which home is the best, while the buyers weigh the pros and cons. This continues on until only one is left standing…hence the “Last Home Standing.”

The idea behind the show is to educate viewers on what to look for when buying the best home to suit their needs. It also serves as a way to introduce the masses to the DeLex Realty team. It is a vehicle to show the world what their services are, and how they can help.

This new realty show is hosted by the President of DeLex Realty, Daniel McCarthy. The Executive Producer of this project is Kathy Lawrence.
