Lyft Pass Subscription Program To Be Tested In Arizona

Lyft, the popular ride sharing service will be testing a new approach in Phoenix. Their new service will only be available to customers who already use Lyft frequently. The new service will allow passengers to purchase a monthly subscription for $200, giving them a discount of up to $15 off of rides of 30 rides. Which is a $450 value. The ride-sharing company looks to position Lyft as a cost-effective alternative to owning a car.

Frequent Lyft riders in the Phoenix should check their email, because invitations to participate in the trial will be sent out in the next week or so. The process will start with a waiting list, and Lyft will inform riders when it is their turn to subscribe. There is no cost to put your name on the waiting list. In order to participate in the trial, however, the $200 fee must be paid. During the trial, renewing the subscription will not be an option.
