Free Concerts At Chandler Center For The Arts

From August until September, the Chandler Center for the Arts will be host to a series of free concerts open to the public. In total, there will be 5 concerts, all of which are free and will feature a variety of unique musical talents.

“On The House” is an annual concert that the Center puts on each summer. Seats will be distributed on a first come first serve basis, so concert attendees are encouraged to get there as early as possible. The theater does respectively ask for donations, $5 for children, and $10 for adults.

The theater itself is on Arizona Avenue, close to Chandler Blvd. The free to attend lineup includes:

Robby Robertson Band (August 13th): Robby Robertson is a storytelling master. Hailing from Canada, Robertson also produces and is involved in film, in addition to his musical career.

Niki J. Crawford (August 20th): If you’re looking to get your respective Soul and Funk fix at this year’s summer concert, then Niki J. Crawford is a must see.

Jessica Fichot Band (August 25th): Born in Paris, but operating out of Los Angeles, the Jessica Fichot Band fuses French inspiration into an American sound, that will surely result in one of this year’s highlight performances.

Sure Fire Soul Ensemble (September 9th): The Sure Fire Soul Ensemble performs Heavy Cinematic Soul Music, with a retro deep bass type feel.
