Co-Founders of Bonnaroo and Outside Lands Launch New Music Festival in Phoenix

In an exciting announcement made on Wednesday, the co-creators of the widely successful music festivals Bonnaroo and Outside Lands have announced that they will be bringing their next long-term festival to Phoenix.

Rick Farman, the co-founder of the company Superfly which builds and promotes these ground breaking live events, shared that the Lost Lake Festival will follow the standard format of a three day weekend festival while incorporating an eclectic mixture of some of Phoenix’s finest in music, food, drinks and art.

“There is something special happening right now [in Phoenix],” said Farman.

With an impressive list of more than 40 musical acts performing on multiple stages, Farman said that the “culinary part is going to be huge” with a full list of local chefs and eateries being invited to the festival.

Lost Lake Festival will be held from October 20-22, 2017 at the Steele Indian School Park in Phoenix near 3rd Street and Indian School Road. More details have not been released yet, but within the next month we should be able to find out more information regarding ticket prices, the musical line-up, and the rest of the entertainment that will be offered at the festival.

The Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and Vice Mayor Laura Pastor were both present during the press conference.

“We’re ready for it,” Stanton said. “We’re ready for this.”
