Camp Social Opening Friday

Camping enthusiasts have a new restaurant opening to look forward to in Phoenix. Just in time for summer, Glass Half Full LLC is opening their newest dining-hub based on the love for the great outdoors. Wisely named, this hot spot will be called Camp Social.

“Camp Social,” the newest addition to 7th Street, boasts two bars, a patio, and room featuring arcade games. As if ping pong and Jenga don’t paint a picture of childhood days at summer camp, even the main building resembles a log cabin. Adding to the rustic décor, Camp Social has added an indoor tire swing, light fixtures created from canoes, and 2 large garage doors that allow access in and out of the eatery.

Being that Camp Social has already created quite a woodsy feeling with the architecture and interior design, the restaurant also plans to feature a menu that will surely make all guests feel like they’re beside a tent and campfire. Aiming to serve a camping inspired cuisine, Camp Social will be serving an assortment of American fare such as wings, fried pickles, pizzas, and they won’t forget the obvious guest favorite, a s’mores dessert. Can you smell the campfire burning yet?

Glass Half Full LLC, is the same restaurant group that opened The Rabbit Hole. The Rabbit Hole is located in Chicago and was created based on the ever so loved fan favorite novel and movie. Not only has the Chicago based company made moves in their own city, but they recently renovated Old Town Gringos located in Scottsdale.

Camp Social is se to open their doors on Friday, June 23rd and will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, they will be open from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m.

Camp Social is hiring and accepting all applications for all positions.
